Quality. Integrity. Results. That is the whole pitch, and it is the same three things on every job, whether it is one dead circuit or a full rewire.
Service upgrades, panel replacements and EV charger installation are the heart of it. That is permitted, inspected work, and it is handled end to end rather than handed off.
The price quoted is the price paid. The number you get up front is the number on the invoice. If something behind the wall changes the job, you hear about it before the work happens, not after.
Residential electric work
An older house was wired for a fraction of what a modern one pulls. A service upgrade replaces the meter base, the service entrance conductors and the panel together, taking a 60 or 100 amp service up to 150 or 200 amp, so central air, a heat pump, a hot tub or an EV charger has somewhere to land. It is permitted, inspected work, and the utility disconnect and reconnect is scheduled as part of it.
A failing, undersized or recalled load center comes out and a new one goes in, with every circuit traced, landed and labeled before the cover goes back on. Federal Pacific, Zinsco, a box full of double taps, a bus bar that has already burned: those are the ones that get changed. If the service feeding the panel is still big enough, the panel is all that changes. If it is not, it becomes a service upgrade.
A dedicated 240 volt circuit run from the panel out to the garage or the driveway, ended in a NEMA 14-50 outlet or hardwired straight to the unit, sized so it charges at full speed without tripping the rest of the house. Tesla Wall Connector, ChargePoint or whatever brand you bought, and if you have not bought one yet, we can supply the charging unit as well as install it. It starts with a load calculation: a panel that is already full needs a service upgrade before it needs a charger.
Knob and tube or brittle cloth wiring comes out and new circuits go in room by room, all landed back at a new panel. Done in stages so you are never without power overnight.
From the ground up: temporary power, home runs, boxes and the panel set for the rough inspection, then back to trim out once the walls are closed.
Adding, moving and re-feeding circuits when a room changes shape. Whatever old work is opened up gets brought up to code while the wall is still open.
Lighting, outlets and the circuits a finished basement needs, laid out before the drywall so nothing has to be chased through a finished ceiling later.
Cans, wall packs, strips, barn and yard lights, inside and out. Fixtures hung, aimed, switched and wired to stay put.
A fan box rated to carry the load, then the fan mounted, balanced and wired to a switch or a remote. Includes swapping an existing light fixture for a fan.
One circuit run for one heavy load: a window unit, a freezer, a shop tool, a home office. It stops fighting the rest of the room for power.
A GFCI protected 240 volt feed sized to the tub spec sheet, with the disconnect set at the distance from the water the code calls for.
Hardwired, interconnected detectors with battery backup, so when one sounds every one of them sounds. Placed room by room to code.
The punch list off a failed inspection, a home sale or an insurance report, corrected and left ready for the re-inspection.
Commercial work
Commercial electrical work is coming soon. The lawn care and landscaping below is running now.
Cut on a set schedule so the property looks the same every week without anyone having to call about it. Decks are set to the height the turf wants for the season, and the direction changes week to week so the lot does not rut.
A cut line along the walks, the curb and the drive so the turf stops creeping over the concrete. It is the difference between a lot that has been mowed and a lot that looks maintained.
Around the poles, the posts, the dumpster pad, the fence line and everything else a mower deck cannot reach. Trimmed the same day as the cut, not left for a second visit.
Shrubs, hedges and foundation plantings cut back to shape and kept off the windows, the signage and the walkway. Clippings go out with us.
Beds edged, weeded and topped with fresh mulch at the depth that actually holds moisture down and weeds out. Colour is yours to pick and the borders get a cut edge, not a scraped one.
Fall cleanups on commercial property: leaves off the turf, out of the beds and away from the drains and the entrances, hauled off rather than blown into the next lot.
On the job
Real jobs, our own photos
The spot
Service upgrades, panel replacements and EV charger installation, plus fans, fixtures and rewires. The same crew that pulls the wire sets the trim and cleans up after itself.
Every call goes to a person. If the line is tied up on a job, the phone takes the message and the callback comes back the same day.
Before you call
The questions we get asked most
How long is my power off for a panel replacement?
For a straight panel swap — new load center, same size service — plan on the power being off for most of a working day, six to eight hours, while every circuit is traced, landed and labeled. The house goes back on before we leave. You do not spend the night in the dark.
A service upgrade is the longer one, because the meter base and the service entrance conductors change too and the utility has to drop the service and re-hang it. That gets scheduled with them in advance. Most still finish inside a day; the ones that run into a second day get power back overnight in between.
The inspection is a separate visit and it does not need your power off. Nothing gets shut off before the permit is pulled, either — the utility will not do it without one.
What does it cost?
You get a number before the work starts, and that number is what you pay. If something behind the wall changes the job, you hear about it before it is done, not on the invoice.
How soon can you get out here?
We answer Monday to Friday 5–10 PM and Saturday and Sunday 8 AM–10 PM. Outside those hours leave a message and the callback comes back the same day. How fast the work itself gets scheduled depends on the week, so call and ask — a dead circuit and a full rewire are not the same wait.
How far do you travel?
About fifty miles in every direction from the west side of Cincinnati, which works out to twenty-seven counties across three states.
Ohio: Hamilton, Butler, Warren,
Clermont, Brown, Preble and Montgomery.
Kentucky: Boone, Kenton, Campbell, Grant, Gallatin,
Carroll, Owen, Pendleton, Bracken and Trimble.
Indiana: Dearborn, Ohio, Switzerland, Ripley,
Franklin, Union, Fayette, Decatur, Jefferson and Jennings.
It is not a hard boundary. If you are just outside it, call and ask.
Is the work licensed and insured?
Yes. Team Thomas Services LLC is licensed and insured, and Raysean is a Kentucky journeyman electrician, license EE65227. The same crew is on the job from the rough-in to the trim.

Did we do work for you? Say how it went. Two lines is plenty. The next person deciding who to call reads these.
Fill it in and hit send. It comes straight to the shop. Nothing goes on this page until Raysean has read it and put it there.
