Team Thomas Services LLC (“we”, “us”) is a licensed
electrical contractor in North Bend, Ohio, serving Greater Cincinnati. This page
explains what information we collect when you call us, text with us, or use this
website, what we do with it, and what we never do with it.
The short version: we get your phone number when you call us.
We only text you if you press 1 on our greeting to ask for a text, we only text
you about your own call, and we never sell or share your number for anyone
else’s marketing. Reply STOP to any text and the texts stop.
What we collect
- Your phone number and call details. When you call
(513) 370-2573 we receive your number and the time of the call. If we miss
the call, we also record whether you pressed 1 to ask for a text.
- Text messages. We keep a record of the texts we send you and
any replies, so we can follow up on your call and honor a request to stop.
- Reviews. If you leave a review on this site, we store your
rating, what you wrote, and the name, town and job you choose to give. To stop
spam we also store a scrambled, one-way version of your internet address that
cannot be turned back into the address.
- Email. If you email us, we have your email address and
whatever you send.
We do not buy phone number lists, and we never add a number to our texts that
did not call us first.
How we use it
Only to answer the call you made, schedule and do the work you asked about, and
run this website. That means calling you back, texting you if you asked for a
text, and putting a review on this site after we have read it.
SMS messages and opt-out
You only get a text from us if you called (513) 370-2573, we did not pick up,
and you pressed 1 when our greeting asked whether you wanted a text. Calling us
on its own is not consent. The exact wording of that greeting is on our
text message terms page.
- Message frequency varies. A missed call where you pressed 1 gets one
text. This is not a recurring marketing program.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You will get one
confirmation and no further texts.
- Reply HELP for help, or call (513) 370-2573, or email
[email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or
affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging
originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
Who we share it with
- The companies that run our phone line and website for us,
and only so they can do that: Queen City Calls, which operates our answering
line; Twilio, the phone and text platform that line runs on; and Cloudflare,
which hosts this website and stores reviews. This site also loads its
typefaces from Google Fonts.
- The authorities, if the law requires it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or
data brokers. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Call, text and review records are kept for as long as we need them to serve you
and run the business, then deleted. A request to stop texts is kept for good, so
we never text a number that asked us not to.
Your choices
Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. You can also ask what we hold about you,
ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (513) 370-2573 or
emailing [email protected].
We will answer within 30 days.
Children
Our work is for homeowners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect
information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
