How you opt in
You call (513) 370-2573, our business number, and we do not
pick up. Our greeting then asks whether you want a text, and
pressing 1 is how you say yes. Calling us is not enough on its
own. If you press nothing, press any other key, or hang up, we do not text you,
and we call you back instead. The text only goes to the number that pressed 1.
What the greeting says, word for word
“Thanks for calling Team Thomas Services. Sorry we missed you. If you would
like a text back so you have our details, press 1 now. By pressing 1, you agree
to receive text messages from Team Thomas Services about your inquiry, at the
number you are calling from. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may
apply. Reply STOP to cancel, or HELP for help. If you would rather not receive a
text, stay on the line or hang up, and we will call you back.”
In plain terms: by pressing 1, you agree to receive text messages from Team Thomas Services LLC at the number you called from. Message type: customer care, one text per missed call. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Call (513) 370-2573 and let it ring through, and you will hear it. It plays on
every call to this line that goes unanswered. Each press of 1 is logged against
that call, so we can always show when a number opted in and to which wording.
What you get
One text, and only if you pressed 1. It says who we are, that we will call you

What we never send
- No marketing or promotional texts.
- No texts to a number that did not call us and press 1.
- No bought, rented, imported or scraped phone lists.
- No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or
affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data
and consent are not shared with any third party.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any text from us. You get one text confirming
you are unsubscribed, then nothing more. STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END
and QUIT all work. To start again, reply START.
